return form.

Pack and seal your return item securely. Lollipop London is not responsible for lost packages. We suggest that you record your package when you mail it so you may file a claim with the postal carrier, if necessary. Insurance for your package can be purchased through the Post Office at a minimal cost.

For your credit to be processed promptly, please complete the middle section of this form. Please indicate why you are returning your purchase. We will confirm via email when we have received your return.
