Placing an order

At Lollipop London we aim to provide you with the most efficient and cost effective delivery service possible.

The Lollipop London Ladies like to ensure that everything leaving our shop is beautifully presented, enhancing your online purchasing experience. It is therefore our aim to have your items dispatched within 24 hours of your order being processed. However, please be aware that this time frame may vary slightly during our busy periods and we will not dispatch goods over the weekend.

Sending conditions

Once your purchase has been processed it will be wrapped and dispatched provided the
following criteria have been met:

1. The item that you have selected is available
2. Delivery address has been verified
3. Payment is approved

What happens once order has been processed

Upon payment, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, including a list of items you have purchased.

Once your payment has been processed and sent, you will receive a second email containing all the necessary dispatch information. All packages leaving Lollipop London can be fully tracked and require a signature upon receipt of the goods.

Should your parcel arrive at the delivery address when you no one is available to sign for it, our dispatch company will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.

Please be aware it is not the responsibility of Lollipop London to ensure that you receive your delivery notification card.

National service

For customers within the UK all our items will be dispatched using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.

If you wish to track your item please log on to www.royalmail.com, select the heading titled 'Track an item' and enter the 13 digit code sent to you in the lollipoplondon.com dispatch email.Once your goods have been dispatched from our London boutique we hope to have them at your door within three working days.

The delivery charge is added during the purchasing process and the prices are as follows:

£9 for boots
£7 for shoes
£5 for other items

International

For all international deliveries the Lollipop London Ladies will wrap each item beautifully in our pink tissue and ribbon, but in our endeavours to keep the price of shipping as low as possible for you they will not be in our signature store bag.

Any orders placed by our international customers will be sent to you through UPS shipping services. If you would like to track your order at any stage please log on to www.ups.com and enter your tracking reference number. Depending on where you are in the world, we hope to have your items delivered within 3-7 working days of dispatch.

Please be aware that UK VAT charges are included in the purchase price but we are unable to calculate your local customs and sales tax which you will be notified of once your order has arrived in the country. The delivery charge is added during purchasing process and the prices are as follows:

Europe - shoes and boots £40 per item
World Zone 1 - shoes and boots £45 per item
World Zone 2 - shoes and boots £59 per item

Cancellation of your order

If you find that for whatever reason you need to cancel your lollipoplondon.com purchase please notify us as soon as possible on online@lollipoplondon.com.
