What designers do you stock?

At Lollipop London we stock a range of independent shoe and accessory designers.
We have a number of collections that we carry each season, however you always find some
exclusive talent thrown in each season. Lollipop London also promotes up and coming new talent
and enjoys sourcing new creative collections.

How often do you recieve new stock?

Here at Lollipop London we like to integrate new styles and colours throughout each season.
We only buy small quantities of each collection which we aim to keep as unique as possible.

Our Spring/Summer collections arrive in February/March and the Autumn/Winter collections arrive in
August /September. We also introduce new shoes and accessories throughout each season.

What shoe sizes do you stock?

Currently at Lollipop London our collections start from size 35 and range up to 42 At present we do not
carry half sizes. Our selection of smaller and larger sizes are limited so if you are looking for one of
these we can add you to our database and inform you of availability.

What are your on-line customer service hours?

We are on hand to help you with your online purchase from the hours of 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday, or please feel free to email us at: online@lollipoplondon.com with your questions or queries.

My purchase is a gift, how will this be wrapped?

Every purchase is beautifully wrapped in our signature bags and striking pink ribbon. If you would like a personalised note to accompany your purchase if you let us know when ordering and this can be arranged.

How quickly can I expect to receive my shoes once I have placed an order online?

Once your order has been processed you should receive your purchase within three working days.
We suggest international orders will take between three and seven working days. The shoes to your
door service can also be requested, however you will have to deal directly with the London boutique
for this service.

How much is the delivery charge for my purchase?

The cost will differ depending on what you purchase from Lollipop London;

Shoes £7.00
Boots £9.00
Other £5.00

For the same day 'Shoes to you' service there is a flat rate of £15 for the delivery within the London area.

Do you dispatch orders at the weekend?

No, here at Lollipop London we despatch orders Monday to Friday. Any orders made over the weekend will be processed the next working day. Please refer to our terms and conditions for any additional delivery information.

Can you cater to international orders?

Yes we can. We can send shoes to you wherever you are. Our international orders are sent by airmail and insured up to the value of £500. Postage prices will vary in accordance with where you are. When purchasing items online the postage price will be displayed in addition to the purchase price.

If the shoes I buy online are not the right size can I exchange them?

Of course! Providing the shoes are unworn you can send these back within 7 days of receipt accompanied by the appropriate return form. You can also bring them back to our London boutique if this is easier for you. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

Where are the shoes made?

The majority of our designers have their shoes made in either Italy or Spain. If you need any more information on where something is manufactured please do contact us.

Am I able to resole my shoes if they do not have a leather sole?

Unfortunately no. However, these shoes have a thick rubber traction sole which should not need to be replaced.

If I find a pair of shoes I love but you don't have my size left, can you order them?

We can try, availability of course varies throughout the season. If the designer is London based we are only too happy to get in contact with them to try and find a pair for you. If the designer is based outside the UK it is generally more difficult as the shoes have been made for orders placed by stores roughly six months prior to their arrival however, please do not hesitate to ask.

Am I able to reserve an item before it hits the store?

At Lollipop London we try to provide everyone with the best possible customer service. If you would like us to contact you when the item you desire arrives we are most happy to do so. It has been our experience that sometimes demand far out ways supply and we hate to have to disappoint some of our customers. The quickest and easiest way of making sure you get what you want is for you to pay over the phone once we have contacted you.

I have an event for which I have the outfit but not the shoes, can you help?

The Lollipop London Ladies will do their utmost to help you find the perfect pair of shoes, whether that means bringing what you are wearing into the store or emailing us a picture. We will try and select the shoe that best suits you and the occasion.
